How to Change Printers in Windows 11
Our software is designed to print to the Windows default printer.
Change the default Windows printer
- View Windows Settings using the keyboard shortcut: [ Windows Logo Key + I ]. Then select Bluetooth & Devices.
- Select Printers & Scanners. The current default printer will be indicated with "Default" under its name.
- Select the printer you would like to make the new default printer. In this example, we are switching the default from HP Color LaserJet M555 B on carpo to the Microsoft XPS Document Writer printer.
Select Set As Default. CFS software should now print to this designated printer.
