Problem
When trying to open the program, an error message displays "Runtime Error '5' Invalid procedure or argument"
Cause
Windows Smart App Control has been known to cause this error, it can be edited or disabled in Windows Security Settings.
Solution
- Navigate to Windows Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security.
- Select Open Windows Security Settings.
- Select App & browser control.
- Select Smart App Control Settings.
- Change it to either Evaluation or Off.
