Class not Registered

Toby Baker Updated by Toby Baker

Problem

When using the software, you get an error message that gives a code alongside a message that says something along the lines of "Class not registered."

Cause

Most of the time, these errors are caused by an incorrect installation or missing files. This can happen with both single-user and network installs.

Solution

Try to install the program again, making sure to run with full admin permissions. If on a network, try to install the program locally with the installation wizard, avoiding WSSETUP.

How did we do?
