Error 76: Path not Found
Problem
When trying to restore from a backup, error 76 is displayed.
Cause
Most likely, something is wrong with the backup preventing it from being read.
Solution
If possible, try making the backup again. If that does not work, follow the steps below,
- Click Configuration and change Data Options so that the current database is the backup.
- Click Utilities and then Repair and Compact Database.
- Switch the database back to the prior database, and then try the restore again.
