Cause
This error tends to happen when trying to launch the program. After the message appears, the program fails to open. This error happens when a program cannot access the resources it needs to run.
Solution
Check to make sure the device has enough storage and memory to operate. Otherwise, check if antivirus software is blocking the program from accessing the resources it needs.
