Two Clients Share a Directory

Problem

When saving any data to a client, that data is replicated in a different client. Upon further investigation, it may also be discovered both or more clients share the same Client Directory under Edit Client.

Cause

The client sharing the data was created using the Copy Client function and changed later. When Copy Client is used, the duplicate client shares the same directory.

Solution

Press Ctrl-Shift-D on your keyboard to bring up the Change Directory window. Enter a new number to be used for that client directory.

After the Client Directory has been changed, all data in that client will be erased
