Reinstalling and repairing software
Reinstallation can repair any damaged or missing files.
- Exit the software.If it is on a network, ensure all other users exit until the re-installation is complete.
- Download the latest full version from the CFS website. See: How To Download Software From The CFS Website.
- Run the installer.If the software is on a network and the re-installation is being performed on a workstation other than the workstation it was originally installed from. Ensure the installer targets the current location of the software on the network.
- The installer will guide you through the re-installation process.
- If during re-installation the following message is displayed; choose the 'Repair' option, then click the 'Next' button to continue.
- After re-installation damaged or missing files should be repaired.
