What are Auto-renewals?

Overview

You may opt to have your products automatically renewed each spring.

  • Save time - no need to go online or call to place your order.
  • Save trouble - we'll enter your order for you.
  • Save worry - no need to remember.
  • Save money - by renewing early, you'll get the best prices.

How it works

  • Each May, we'll enter your renewal order for you.
  • We'll only renew you for the products (software, tax forms, envelopes, folders) you told us to renew.
  • After your order is entered but before it is charged, we'll email it to you so you can see exactly what is on your order.
If there's anything you want to change, simply reply to the email or call (800) 343-1157 so we can make the changes.
  • If we do not hear back from you within a week, we'll assume the order is ready to charge.
  • After the order is charged, we'll email you the receipt.

To Sign Up

We cannot put your account on auto-renewal. To opt in to auto-renewals, simply select the appropriate boxes (in step 5) before placing an order via our website.
