Problem
An "Offline Mode has expired" message appears.
Cause
The software requires an Internet connection to communicate with the CFS website at least once every 30 days.
If it can't connect it will attempt to run in Offline Mode.
After 30 days in Offline Mode, the "Offline Mode has expired" message will be displayed.
Solution
- Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet. See Troubleshooting Internet Connectivity.
- Run the software and log in.
- The Offline Mode timer will be reset to 30 days automatically.
- The software can again be run without an active Internet connection for 30 days.
