How do I send client data to a colleague via email?

A client's data can be compressed into a ZIP file and sent to a colleague using the steps described below.

Both sender and recipient should be using the latest version of the CFS program.

Steps for sender:

  1. Create a backup.
  2. Right click on the backup folder and select Compress to > ZIP File
  3. A ZIP file will be created (in this case, "pr26tempbackup.ZIP").
  4. Attach the ZIP file to your email and send.

Steps for recipient:

  1. Download the ZIP file attached to the email.
  2. Right-click on the file and left-click on Extract All...
  3. In the CFS program's Restore utility, navigate to the extracted folder and restore the client.
