View and send error logs

From within the program

  1. Click Help on the menu bar.
  2. Click Send Diagnostic Logs. A log file will be sent to CFS Technical Support.
  3. If you are not yet working with a technician, you may fill out a Technical Support Request form, noting in the description section that a log file was transmitted.

From outside the program

  1. Type [Windows Key] + R. See 7 Ways to Open the Windows Run Command Dialog Box.
  2. Input %LocalAppData%\CFSSoftware\Tt\logs then click OK.
  3. File Explorer opens and navigates to that log location. Sort the files by modified date with the most recent ones appearing on the top of the list.
  4. Email the latest log file as an attachment to the email address provided by the technician. If you have not yet contacted a technician, first fill out a Technical Support Request form.
