We do not bill or invoice. Payment in the entire amount is due at the time an order is placed and cannot be deferred to a later date.

Can I Pay by Check?
If you need to pay by check, you must still go through the online order process. Under "Payment Type" select Check instead of Credit card. This will take you to an order recap page which you can print out and mail with a check. Here is what it looks like when you select Check:
