Can I order prior year tax forms?

The answer is maybe. We try to keep tax forms in stock for one year. For example, if 2023 is the current year for tax forms, we might still have stock for 2022 forms.

How to place an order for prior year forms

Please note that there is a very limited amount of prior year forms available. If we run out of a form type, we will not restock them.
  1. Go to
  2. Click Product Lines, hover your cursor over Paper Supplies, then click Tax Forms & Envelopes
  3. From the Select Year drop down menu, select the prior year. If there is no way to select a year, then we cannot sell any more of those items. Then enter the amount of packs you would like to purchase for each form type. Click on Add to Cart.
  4. Enter your log-in credentials on the following page (if you are not currently logged in). If you don't currently have a MyCFS account, you can click on Register and create one.
  5. Follow the prompts throughout the check out process. Once you click Place Order at the last step, you will receive a message that confirms your order was placed, as well as an order confirmation email. An official receipt will be emailed to you once payment goes through.
