Why didn’t you tell me to renew my programs?

We did! Or at least we tried to. CFS mails reminders to customers to renew in April. We send multiple email reminders from mid-April through December, including an emailed renewal notice in July and September. In the fall, we even make courtesy calls to customers who have not responded to mailed or emailed reminders.

Customers who order online have the option of specifying that they'd like their programs to be automatically renewed.
