Why didn’t you tell me to renew my programs?

We did! Or at least we tried to. CFS mails postcards reminding customers to renew in April, July, and September. We send multiple email reminders from mid-April through December. We even make courtesy calls to customers who have not responded to mailed or emailed reminders.

It is not our policy to automatically renew our customers’ software. We think it best to process your order when we hear directly from you.
