What should I do when the items I ordered were damaged before I received them?

Always inventory the items you receive right away.

Notice the fluorescent green sticker on your parcel that states "Discrepancies must be reported within two weeks of delivery."
  1. If you receive damaged tax forms, envelopes or folders, contact CFS right away to report it. You can:
  1. Be prepared to describe the damage.
  • Detail exactly which items are damaged, how so, and how many.
  • Was the box damaged or just the contents?
  1. Be patient. We have to investigate. There are numerous possibilities. We have to do our part to figure out what might have gone wrong, what action we should take, and what can we do to prevent it from happening again.
We understand how important it is to receive what you paid for. We strive to do our best to reasonably remedy such situations to the best of our ability.
