Error: "The program cannot connect to the CFS server"

This error typically occurs during user login.


The software is unable to connect with the CFS server on the Internet.


An Internet connection is required to initially activate the software. It can go without a connection for up to 30 days after that, at which point it needs to connect to the internet again.

If an internet connection is made but the error persists, try the following:

  1. Log into the program.
  2. Leave it open for at least 10 minutes.
