Using a License Code to access a program

Eric Updated by Eric

To prevent piracy, a CFS program uses either one of two methods to determine that it has been licensed so that the full version of the program can be unlocked. This article discusses using the License Code method for registration.

A License Code is made up of a mixture of letters and numbers (e.g. 7ZX23SM1G5). It is typed into either the installer or the License Code field in the Firm Information window. To type it into that window, click File > Firm Information on the menu bar of the main screen of your program. If there is no such field, see Determining the registration method of your program.
