Setting Automatic Backups

You can either set automatic backups after performing a manual backup for the first time, or when closing the program for the first time with automatic backups enabled under configuration.

You can configure the program to back up to a network drive, even if you have a single-user license.

Procedure

  1. In the CFS program, click on Configuration on the Main Menu bar.
  2. Put a check in the box in the bottom left corner labeled "Automatically Backup Data on Exit."
  3. Click on Save Settings and Close.
  4. Follow the steps in Backup/Restore Data to perform a manual backup.
  5. When the backup is completed, respond Yes to the "Set Automatic Backup Location?" prompt.
