Do I have to buy the W2/1099 program even if I have LivePayroll?
Yes, assuming that you want to generate W-2 and/or 1099/1098 forms. CFS sells 4 Payroll System programs:
- LivePayroll (which includes 941/940)
- 941/940
- W2/1099
- Payroll Corrector
Additionally, users may enhance the W2/1099 base program by purchasing W2/1099 e-File Add-on. Users can also buy Payroll System Network Upgrade.
Some users only want one of the foregoing programs. Others want all. One person might simply buy W2/1099 whereas another might buy both LivePayroll and W2/1099.
