Problem
When starting the program, the error "Component 'csftpax7.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" appears.
Cause
Anti-virus software may have mistakenly flagged our program as a threat.
Solution
If the software is run on a network, run WSSetup. See How do I perform a workstation setup?
If it is a single-user installation, reinstall the program. See Reinstalling and repairing software.
