Invalid login attempt

There are different possibilities if you get an "Invalid login attempt" message when you try to login to your MyCFS account.

  • It is possible that the user name is incorrect.
  • It is possible that the password is incorrect.
  • It is possible that you have not yet registered for a MyCFS account.

For the first two possibilities, check to make sure your user name and password are correct. Remember it is case sensitive.

Click the Forgot your password? link if you want to reset your password. See also Reset your MyCFS password.

If you have not registered for a MyCFS account, it is easy to do. Click the blue Register button and enter the necessary information.

It only takes a minute to register.

There can only be one user name linked to a given Customer ID.
