Reconcile W-2s with 941
- Open Payroll System and change Program to Display to W-2/1099 Information Returns.
- Select the desired client in the Client List.
- Double-click on W-3 - Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements.
- Click Reconcile with Forms 941 on the menu bar.
- Check the Results column see that each item reconciles properly before filing the form.
