Submitting files

If you do not already have a MyDORWAY account, create one at dor.sc.gov/MyDORWAY-signup to begin submitting forms online.

Log into MyDORWAY, click the More tab, and select either Upload W-2s or Upload 1099s.

MyDORWAY accepts the following file types in addition to the standard W-2: W-2c, W-2G, 1099-R, 1099-NEC, and 1099-MISC. To submit other 1099 file types to the SCDOR, you must submit paper copies directly to the SCDOR along with the WH-1612.

You cannot submit changes or corrections on MyDORWAY but you can cancel and resubmit a new, corrected file within 3 days of the original file being submitted. If you need to make changes or cancel a submission after the third day, contact the SCDOR Withholding Section at 803-896-1450.

SC accepts electronic filing of corrected W-2C and 1099 information.
SC electronic filing of W-2 or 1099 information is for the current year and four prior years.
Example: In 2023, you will be able to submit W-2 or 1099 information for tax years 2019 through 2023.
