To upload Louisiana W2 forms, you must first register to use LaWage. If you are a Louisiana business, you must use your state employer account number. Out-of-state payroll services may register with a federal employer identification number (FEIN). A new account created with a valid Louisiana employer account number is immediately activated. All others remain locked until account information is validated by Louisiana Department of Revenue.

How do I register for a LaWage account? From the LDR homepage, click Businesses at the top. Then, click on Withholding W-2/L-3 Filing Program(LaWage). Then, click Create user account.
