Double checking custom folder orders

Custom folder (CUSTM) orders process differently than regular orders. See Processing custom folders orders.

A designated person (currently Logan) reviews newly received CUSTM orders, and then checks and charges them. C-More automatically emails the receipt and creates the shipment.

We do not want to send a CUSTM order to PFI (Presentation Folder, Inc.) until we are sure it is correct. Therefore, another designated person (currently Juliana) double checks the orders after they have been marked as checked and charged.

After Logan processes a CUSTM order, he'll email Juliana who is supposed to double check it. Logan's email will look like this:

Logan's template addresses "Jonathan" because that is our contact person at PFI.

Juliana will:

  1. check to make sure the CustID is correct.
  2. check to make sure the firm name is correct.
  3. check to make sure the previous and new order #s are correct.
  4. check to make sure the quantities (packs and total folders) are correct.
  5. check to make sure the shipping address is correct.

After Juliana has double checked all the above, she will reply to Logan. Her email will look like this:

After Logan receives Juliana's reply that the order has been double checked, he'll forward his template to Eric. Eric, in turn, will email Jonathan at PFI so the folders can be made and shipped.

Since it takes about a week for PFI to create the folders and another week before the CX can expect to receive them, we want to process CUSTM orders correctly but also as quickly as we can.
