Error 3021 No Current Record
Cause
Generally, this error happens when trying to modify a record in a database that does not exist. Often, this has to do with States' Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program.
Solution
PFML needs to be added to the employer section alongside the employee section.
- Go to the affected client, click Edit Client > Payroll Setup
- Click Add
- Add PFML tax data for both employer and employee so it looks like the image below.
