Problem
When trying to launch the program, a message like below is displayed
Cause
The ...st.exe file that is used to launch the program is missing. In the majority of cases, this is because antivirus software (AV) has falsely flagged the executable as malicious and has quarantined it.
Solution
Because of the wide number of possible AV softwares that people use, you must refer to your AV vendor's instructions on how to restore a file from quarantine, and whitelist the program to prevent the issue from recurring.
